e-Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for the Use of e-Gift Cards

The following terms apply to the use of OONA e-Gift Cards:
- OONA e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed on oonaactive.com.
- OONA e-Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment for any products purchased online at oonaactive.com, except for the purchase of e-Gift Cards and Pre-Order products.
- OONA e-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Purchases made using the e-Gift Card will be deducted from the value of the e-Gift Card until the balance reaches zero, and any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
- The maximum value that can be loaded onto an e-Gift Card is $300.
- Anything you buy with an OONA e-Gift Card and return in accordance with our refunds policy will be refunded to an OONA e-Gift Card. If you partly pay for an order using a e-Gift Card and then return part of an order, we will refund monies paid from the e-Gift Card first.
- You can check the balance of your OONA e-Gift Card online by clicking on the link to the e-Gift Card in the delivery email. Alternatively, you can submit an enquiry to our Customer Services team and request information about your balance.
- The re-sale of e-Gift Cards sold via our website is strictly prohibited.
- The balance of OONA e-Gift Cards cannot be topped up or reloaded once the value has been spent, except as set out in our returns policy.
- Lost e-Gift Cards will not be replaced. If you send an e-Gift Card directly to someone else, please make sure the recipient email address you enter is correct. We will not replace an e-Gift Card which is sent to the wrong person.
